A LITTLE ABOUT KENDALL HOUSE:
WSSH’s Kendall House Young Moms Program offers young mothers (ages 16–29) and their children (under age 4) a safe, stable, and affordable place to grow.
This two-year program provides housing and support in a community living environment where moms can work toward independence, sobriety (as a goal if needed), and a life free from violence. The focus is on strengthening parenting, building daily living skills, and creating meaningful connections with children, professionals, and the community.
Moms retain their independence while developing resilience, confidence, and skills for a successful transition to independent living. This is not a mandated program — participants set their own action plans, with staff walking alongside them as they pursue their goals in parenting, school, employment, and wellness.
